Nisha is a fantastic baby nurse. As a nervous first-time mother, I interviewed 30 baby nurses and shortlisted just two, and what set Nisha apart was her knowledge and her warmth. She is experienced, calm, organized, easygoing and felt like a part of the family from the start.
Our first child came home from the hospital with a severe diaper rash and wailed whenever anyone changed her, but Nisha had the magic touch. None of the pediatrician’s suggestions helped, but Nisha healed her in under 36 hours. She got our first on an excellent schedule, kept her stimulated with age-appropriate activities and had her sleeping through the night in 12 weeks. We loved her so much we asked her to stay on well beyond the initial 12 weeks with our first and were lucky enough to have her back for our second.
Nisha takes a genuine interest in the babies she cares for and remains an invaluable support to us acting as a sounding board on everything from sleep regressions to tantrums.
